Privacy Policy

Effective: June 20, 2026

TweetVid is operated by Sarwang Sinha in India ("TweetVid", "we", "our", or "us"). TweetVid turns tweets and short-form text into vertical videos and provides templates, voices, agent access, automations, billing, and supported social publishing tools.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to sarwang.dev[at]gmail.com. You may also use the account-deletion controls in Settings or follow our data deletion instructions.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to TweetVid's marketing website, anonymous preview, accounts, dashboard, APIs and agent tools, video-rendering workflow, voice and template tools, billing, automations, public share pages, and supported publishing integrations.

Third-party platforms and providers have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not replace the policies of Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, ElevenLabs, Dodo Payments, Supabase, or other services you choose to connect or use.

2. Personal data we process

Account and workspace data

  • Name, email address, account identifier, timezone, avatar, role, plan, subscription status, preferences, and security settings.
  • Usage totals, quota consumption, plan limits, account status, and product-state information.

Content and render data

  • Tweet text, pasted scripts, captions, titles, descriptions, prompts, authorship details, and rendering settings.
  • Templates, profile details, background images or videos, fonts, attached photos, and other assets you upload.
  • Rendered videos, audio, thumbnails, share links, render status, failure details, and related metadata.

Voice data

  • Selected synthetic voice identifiers and text sent for text-to-speech generation.
  • If you use voice cloning, the voice name, uploaded audio sample, provider voice identifier, estimated sample duration, and confirmation that you have permission to use the voice.
  • Voice samples are used to create the requested voice, not to verify your identity.

Connected accounts, agents, and automations

  • Connected-platform account identifiers, usernames, channel details, encrypted access and refresh tokens, token expiry, connection state, and publishing status.
  • Automation rules, schedules, filters, captions, destination settings, run history, and posting results.
  • Agent-token name, token prefix and hash, permissions, expiry, last-used time, IP address, user agent, requested action, and security audit metadata. TweetVid does not store the recoverable plaintext of a personal agent token after it is shown to you.

Billing and communications

  • Billing-customer and subscription identifiers, plan, billing state, renewal or cancellation status, transaction references, and limited payment-method details supplied by our billing provider.
  • We do not store complete payment-card numbers in the TweetVid application database.
  • Support messages, refund or deletion requests, security notices, and other communications with us.

Device, security, and usage data

  • IP address, browser and device information, operating system, timestamps, pages viewed, referring page, request metadata, cookie or local-storage identifiers, and product events.
  • Authentication, rate-limit, queue, worker, error, fraud-prevention, security, and audit logs.

3. How TweetVid uses data

  • Provide accounts, previews, rendering, downloads, templates, voices, automations, APIs, and publishing features.
  • Authenticate users, secure sessions, encrypt connected-account credentials, enforce quotas and rate limits, and investigate abuse.
  • Process subscriptions, payment events, renewals, cancellations, refunds, entitlements, and billing support.
  • Operate queues and workers, diagnose errors, measure service performance, and improve reliability and usability.
  • Send transactional, security, billing, support, and essential service messages.
  • Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention, support, and product reliability. You may withdraw consent for optional processing through Privacy choices, although withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.

TweetVid does not use User Content to train a TweetVid-owned general-purpose AI model without your express consent. We may use aggregated or de-identified service information that does not reasonably identify you to understand and improve the product.

4. Product-specific processing

Anonymous previews

You may submit short text for an anonymous preview without creating an account. We process the text to generate the preview, use your IP address to enforce the preview rate limit, and create a randomly identified preview file. Preview links and files are designed to expire after approximately 24 hours. Operational and security logs may be kept longer.

Rendering and attached media

For paid renders, TweetVid processes your text, settings, uploaded media, selected template, and selected voice through its rendering infrastructure. Generated video files, thumbnails, temporary audio, and attached render media are targeted for cleanup after approximately 24 hours. The workspace record, source text, settings, usage record, and status metadata may remain while your account is active or as otherwise described below.

Text-to-speech and voice cloning

When you request narration, TweetVid sends the text and selected voice identifier to ElevenLabs to create audio and timing data. If you request voice cloning, the uploaded sample and voice name are sent to ElevenLabs, and TweetVid stores the resulting provider voice identifier. The provider may retain and process voice data under its own terms and privacy policy until the voice is deleted or as otherwise permitted by its policies.

Connected platforms and publishing

When you connect X, TweetVid receives the minimum account data and authorization tokens needed to identify the account and import posts you request. When you connect YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, TweetVid receives the data and tokens needed for the enabled publishing workflow. Tokens are encrypted at rest. When you request or schedule publication, TweetVid sends the selected video, caption, metadata, and requested visibility or scheduling information to the destination platform or an enabled publishing provider.

Agent and automation actions

Scoped agent tokens can allow an external agent to read workspace data, create previews, render videos, manage automations, or request social publishing, depending on the permissions you grant. We record audit information to show how and when those credentials were used. Automation processing continues according to your saved settings until you disable the automation, revoke access, disconnect the destination, or delete your account.

5. Cookies, analytics, replay, and advertising

TweetVid uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security, consent preferences, and core application behavior. These technologies are necessary for the service and cannot be disabled through our consent panel.

With your permission, TweetVid may enable:

  • Analytics: PostHog and Google Analytics to measure page views, product events, funnels, and service usage. Signed-in PostHog records may include your account ID, email, role, plan, and subscription state.
  • Experience replay: PostHog session replay and Microsoft Clarity to understand page interaction and diagnose usability problems. TweetVid configures PostHog replay to mask form inputs, but you should not enter sensitive information where it is not required.
  • Marketing: Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and X conversion tracking to measure signups, checkout activity, and provider-confirmed purchases.

Non-essential technologies are disabled until you opt in. You can reject, customize, or later change your selection through . If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, TweetVid keeps marketing tracking disabled.

6. When data is disclosed

TweetVid does not sell personal data for money. Optional analytics and advertising disclosures may be treated as "sharing" or targeted advertising under some privacy laws and are controlled through Privacy choices.
  • Infrastructure and service providers: providers supporting hosting, storage, databases, authentication, queues, email, monitoring, security, analytics, voice generation, and customer support.
  • Current product providers: services may include Supabase for authentication, Dodo Payments for billing, ElevenLabs for voice generation, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, Google, X, and enabled hosting, storage, email, or publishing providers.
  • Connected platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, or another destination when you connect an account or request publication.

Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and may process data in other countries under their own legal and contractual obligations.

7. Google and YouTube API data

If you connect Google or YouTube, TweetVid uses Google user data only for the user-facing connection, channel identification, upload, status, and publishing functions you request. We do not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated advertising profiles.

TweetVid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google or YouTube in TweetVid and can also revoke access through your Google account.

8. Public content and share links

Content remains private to your workspace unless you publish it, create or distribute a share link, or instruct TweetVid to send it to a connected platform. Anyone with a public share link may be able to view or redistribute the content. Public pages and external posts may remain available outside TweetVid after you delete your account or the original TweetVid file expires.

9. Retention

  • Preview and render files: anonymous preview files, generated videos, thumbnails, temporary audio, and attached render media are targeted for cleanup after approximately 24 hours.
  • Workspace records: source text, render settings, templates, automation settings, usage, and status records may remain while your account is active and until deletion is completed.
  • Voice clones: voice records and provider identifiers remain until you delete the voice or your account, subject to provider retention and backup practices.
  • Connected accounts: connection records and encrypted tokens remain until disconnection, expiry, revocation, or account deletion.
  • Agent and security records: token records, audit events, rate-limit data, fraud signals, and operational logs may be retained as reasonably necessary for account security, debugging, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Billing and legal records: transaction, tax, dispute, refund, and accounting records may be retained for legally required or legitimate business periods.
  • Backups: deleted data may remain temporarily in restricted backups until overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to know or access personal data, correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, appeal a decision, nominate another person where applicable, or lodge a grievance with a regulator.

11. International processing

TweetVid is operated from India, and its providers may process data in India, the United States, the European Economic Area, or other countries. 12. Security

TweetVid uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connected-account tokens, hashed agent tokens, upload validation, rate limits, security logging, and restricted service credentials.
