Terms of Service

Effective: June 20, 2026

By accessing or using TweetVid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sarwang Sinha, the operator of TweetVid in India ("TweetVid", "we", "our", or "us"). They govern TweetVid's website, anonymous preview, accounts, dashboard, APIs and agent tools, templates, voices, rendering, automations, subscriptions, share links, and supported publishing integrations.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and permitted to use TweetVid under applicable law. If you use TweetVid for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

2. What TweetVid provides

TweetVid helps users turn tweets, X posts, and short scripts into vertical videos using templates, text animation, synthetic or cloned voices, optional attached media, and connected publishing tools. Eligible plans may also provide imports, automations, scheduled publishing, agent access, and direct distribution.

  • The anonymous preview is a temporary demonstration. It does not create an account and does not include a downloadable production MP4 or paid-plan features.
  • Full rendering, MP4 export, and other account features require an eligible paid subscription.
  • Features, limits, providers, and integrations may vary by plan, account state, location, and third-party availability.

3. Accounts, credentials, and agents

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Protect your password, sessions, connected accounts, and personal agent tokens.
  • Do not share credentials except with people authorized to act for your workspace.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or credential disclosure.

Agent tokens are shown once, have limited permissions and expiry, and may allow external software to read workspace information, create previews, render videos, manage automations, or request publishing. Actions made with a valid token are treated as actions authorized by your account until the token is revoked or expires. You are responsible for granting only the permissions required and for reviewing agent activity.

4. Your Content

"User Content" includes text, tweets, scripts, images, attached photos, audio samples, videos, fonts, templates, profile details, captions, prompts, and other materials you submit or direct TweetVid to process.

You retain your rights in User Content, subject to rights held by other people. You grant TweetVid a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, transform, render, display, and process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service you request. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups, public content you distributed, legal retention, and processing already completed.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, notices, and permissions required to submit and use User Content and to authorize TweetVid and its providers to process it. TweetVid does not claim ownership of User Content or a license to train a TweetVid-owned general-purpose AI model on it without your express consent.

5. Voices, likenesses, and AI-assisted output

You may clone or use a voice only when you own the voice or have the speaker's informed permission and all legally required rights. You must not clone or imitate a person to deceive, defraud, harass, exploit, or falsely imply endorsement.

You are responsible for disclosures, consents, labels, and permissions required for synthetic media, endorsements, publicity rights, privacy, copyright, and platform rules. TweetVid may use third-party providers such as ElevenLabs to process text and voice samples.

AI-assisted and automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, infringing, or unsuitable. You must review every video, caption, voice, schedule, destination, and publication setting before relying on or distributing it.

6. Connected platforms, publishing, and automations

When you connect X for import or connect YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok for publishing, you authorize TweetVid to access the account information and permissions needed for the workflow you enable. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that service's own terms, policies, technical limits, and content rules.

  • A publish toggle, schedule, automation, or authorized agent request instructs TweetVid to send content to the selected destination.
  • You are responsible for the destination account, visibility, caption, schedule, and content of every post.
  • You must monitor active automations and disable them when they are no longer wanted.
  • TweetVid is not responsible for third-party outages, moderation, takedowns, account restrictions, API changes, duplicate or delayed posts caused by provider behavior, or lost platform access.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use TweetVid, directly or through an agent or automation, to:

  • Violate law, sanctions, court orders, platform rules, or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
  • Create or distribute fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual synthetic media, harassment, threats, exploitation, or defamatory or hateful content.
  • Create sexual content involving minors, facilitate abuse, or endanger any person.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, unlawful personal data, or content you are not authorized to process.
  • Probe, scan, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or bypass the service, authentication, upload validation, encryption, queues, rate limits, plan controls, or security measures.
  • Share, resell, scrape, or systematically extract the service or its data to build a competing product except through an authorized interface and written agreement.
  • Use multiple accounts, tokens, automation, or other methods to evade quotas, suspensions, enforcement, or billing restrictions.

We may remove content, restrict features, revoke tokens, suspend processing, or report activity when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, or legal obligations.

8. Plans, quotas, and fair use

Plan descriptions may include character limits, video limits, templates, voices, connected channels, automation features, watermarks, storage behavior, and other entitlements. Current details appear on the pricing page and in your account.

  • Limits reset or expire according to the displayed billing cycle and do not roll over unless expressly stated.
  • Failed renders may be handled according to current quota-reconciliation rules, but TweetVid does not guarantee restoration in every abuse, provider, or validation scenario.
  • Rate limits and anti-abuse controls are separate from plan quotas and may apply even when quota remains.
  • Watermarks and feature restrictions are part of the selected plan and must not be removed or bypassed.

9. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions are processed through our billing provider. Prices, billing periods, currency, taxes, and included features are shown before checkout. You authorize the provider to charge the selected payment method for the initial purchase and recurring renewals until cancellation.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the billing provider or applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, expired subscriptions, or unpaid amounts may restrict or terminate paid access.
  • Taxes and payment-provider fees may apply based on your location and transaction.
  • We may change future prices or plans with notice where required. Changes apply no earlier than permitted by applicable law and the billing terms shown to you.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and non-waivable consumer law. The current policy permits an eligible request within seven calendar days of the initial purchase only when there has been no material paid-service usage. Renewals and unused portions are not refundable unless required by law.

10. Outputs, expiry, downloads, and sharing

Anonymous previews and generated render files are temporary. Preview files, rendered videos, thumbnails, temporary audio, and attached render media are designed to expire or be cleaned up after approximately 24 hours. Download important outputs promptly. TweetVid is not a permanent archive or backup service.

You are responsible for reviewing and preserving outputs you need. Share links may be accessible to anyone who receives them. Content published to an external platform may remain available after the TweetVid file expires or your account is deleted.

11. TweetVid intellectual property and feedback

TweetVid's software, interface, design system, branding, documentation, site content, and underlying technology are owned by TweetVid or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms give you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow TweetVid to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how TweetVid processes personal data, including anonymous previews, uploaded media, voices, connected accounts, agent activity, analytics, advertising, retention, and deletion. By using the service, you acknowledge that Policy. Optional tracking remains subject to your Privacy choices.

13. Service and third-party availability

TweetVid may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, plans, APIs, or integrations. We may perform maintenance and cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Beta, preview, or experimental features may change or stop without notice and may be less reliable.

TweetVid depends on third-party authentication, billing, voice, hosting, storage, analytics, and social platforms. We are not responsible for their independent acts, outages, terms, content decisions, or data practices.

14. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using TweetVid, cancel a subscription, disconnect platforms, revoke tokens, or delete your account through available controls. Deleting an account may also cancel connected services and remove workspace records, subject to the Privacy Policy and legal retention.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms or law; create security, financial, legal, or reputational risk; fail to pay; misuse providers; or require disproportionate resources. When feasible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue, but immediate action may be necessary.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and general legal terms.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetVid is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results.

We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, original, lawful, platform-compliant, monetizable, accessible, preserved, or free from third-party claims. TweetVid is not legal, financial, advertising, or platform-policy advice.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetVid and its operator, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, data, content, accounts, or platform access arising from the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to TweetVid will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to TweetVid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or non-waivable consumer rights.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TweetVid, its operator, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, connected accounts, agent or automation activity, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by TweetVid's own unlawful conduct.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, providers, or law changes. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request acceptance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

19. General legal terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any checkout terms are the entire agreement about TweetVid and replace prior understandings on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a financing, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except payment obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without depriving consumers of protections that cannot be waived under the law that applies to them. Disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable Indian law; these Terms do not designate or disclose a residential address or city-specific exclusive venue.
